At THE LEAN OVEN, we take pride in preparing food products with care and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer:

- A replacement product, or
- A refund to the original payment method

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
